OUR MISSION: to save you time and money by allowing you to easily find the services you need based on your criteria. Our service does not favor any of its partners, our priority for you is to find the best price.
In the text below, for the sake of conciseness, the partner refers to our lawyer partners.
EXCLUSION OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS
SME Lawyers acts as an intermediary between the users of the service (submission requesters) and the partners. We do not claim to sell products or services, we are not brokers (insurance, real estate...) or advisors. SME Lawyers does not hold any other title, whether on behalf of insurance companies, financial institution, etc.
SME Lawyers cannot be included in a contract resulting from a connection (requester/partner) via our web platform.
SME Lawyers cannot be held responsible for products or services sold or for any harm caused by the client (requester) or the partner.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
SME Lawyers commits to respecting the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
By transmitting your data to SME Lawyers through an online form, by phone or by email, you consent to these being fully retransmitted to some of our partners so that they can make you one or more offers by email and/or phone.
By providing us with your phone number through our online form or by email, you agree to be contacted by partner companies, even if you are registered on the national do not call list.
SME Lawyers commits to making reasonable, non-abusive use of your contact details to contact you. You agree to receive our confirmation message, satisfaction assessment and other messages from the SME Lawyers team.
You can be removed from our contact list at any time by writing us an email (see our contact details below).
You agree that our partners carry out the usual checks with your information (insurance claim history, credit bureau, driver's license...).
Your data will not be given or shared with other third parties.
SME Lawyers reserves the global, irrevocable, perpetual and unpaid right to retain the data transmitted by the users of the service.

The partners and users of the service (applicants) commit to:

- not to use a robot or any other electronic means to collect data

In case of attack in the form of a virus or any other damage to the integrity of the website or any other SME Lawyers platform, we will initiate proceedings for damages, without notice.

LEGAL DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute regarding the application of the terms on this page, any recourse must take place in the judicial district of Quebec.
You agree to indemnify SME Lawyers, its officers and partners in the event of a claim (and attorney's fees) resulting from your use of the SME Lawyers site or in the event of their liability being called into question.
GENERAL LIABILITY
The shareholders, directors, employees and other persons associated with SME Lawyers cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from their employment, whatever the cause.
